The base work involves the following: Excavation of removal of existing concrete surface, base, and subbase materials. Remove all organic matter and dispose at proper location and grade the subgrade. Supply and placement of thick granular subbase over the subgrade. Supply and Placement of thick granular base layer. Supply and Placement of hot asphalt and cast-in-placement concrete. Supply and installation of high chain-link fence and opening automated sliding gate. Supply and installation of electrical services.
