DELIVERABLES / SCOPE OF WORK
Work for this project consists of fabricating the structural framework for Three (3) 23ft x 15ft Aluminum Modular Range Towers and Cupola, including delivery and offloading of towers to:

The work to be done under this Scope of Work shall include all labour, equipment and materials necessary to properly complete the following:
Fabrication of three (3) 23ft x 15ft Aluminum Modular Tower’s structural framework and cupola as per Appendix A.
Scope of Work excludes the following components in Appendix A:
Supply and installation of plywood, building wrap, vinyl siding, trims and flashings.
Supply and installation of any anchors, epoxies, and gaskets.
Supply and installation of windows and cupola glazing.
Assembly and installation of fabricated components.
Supply and installation of Trylon Cougar Rail System and ladder safety linFAMILIARIZATION WITH SITE
Before submitting a bid, bidders can visit the site and its surroundings to review and verify the form, nature and extent of the work, materials needed for the completion of the work, the means of access to the site, any accommodations they may require, and in general shall obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their bid or costs to do the work. No allowance shall be made subsequently in this connection on account of error or negligence to properly observe and determine the conditions that will apply. Contractors, bidders, or those they invite to site are to contact the Contracting officer.
EXPECTED START AND COMPLETION DATES
The services of the Contractor will be commencing upon contract award. The expected completion date of this project is March 31, 2018.
