TITLE: Cargo Hatch and Coaming Fabrication
SECURITY
There is no security requirement for this procurement.
DESCRIPTION:
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement for the fabrication and delivery of a cargo hatch and coaming for the CCGS Earl Grey, as detailed in Annex A - Statement of Work. Delivery DDP to Canadian Coast Guard Warehouse 05C, Warehouse #1, c/o CCGS Earl Grey, 13 Akerley Blvd, Dartmouth, NS B3B 1J6.
DELIVERY:
All the deliverables must be received by February 16, 2021.

This procurement is exempt from the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) - exemption reference: Chapter 10, Annex 1001.2b, General Notes, Schedule of Canada - paragraph 1(a). It is also exempt from the World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP) - exemption reference: Annex 5
