Upon award of a contract in Phase Two, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation.

Work Description:

Purpose:
Fabrication and installation of interpretive displays at Last Mountain Lake National Wildlife Area Interpretive Pavillion.

Objective:
The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment, required to build, fabricate and install the interactive displays (as detailed in a design plan) in an existing building at the Last Mountain Lake National Wildlife Area, located Simpson, Saskatoon, P.O Box 280, S0G 4M0, Last Mountain Lake NWA (located 150km north of Regina, and 175km southeast of Saskatoon). The deliverables will have a significant artistic component, many elements requiring paintings, murals or sculptures of wildlife, landscapes and birds.

Site Visit:
There will be a mandatory site visit as part of phase 2 of the tender process.

Delivery Date:
Once the contract is awarded, ECCC and the contractor will agree on an acceptable and reasonable schedule considering lead times for delivery of construction materials, weather conditions and any other restrictions due to the location of the site.

To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost approximately between $100,000.00 and $200,000.00 (taxes excluded).
