The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North AmericanFree Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
It is mandatory that all the deliverables requested are to be received on-site and set to work on or before 31 March 2016. If delivery cannot be met, the contract will be terminated.
