Agriculture and Agri-Foods Canada has a requirement for the
supply and delivery of one (1) plot swather.
The plot swather must conform to all applicable laws,
regulations and industrial standards governing manufactures,
safety, noise levels, and pollution in effect in Canada at the
time of manufacture.

Delivery id MANDATORY by March 31, 2016.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
