The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
supply of three (3) Examination Ophthalmic Chairs and three (3)
Instrumental Stands complete with manuals in accordance with the
mandatory specifications detailed in the request for proposal.
This requirement includes an option to purchase up to fifteen
(15) additional units over the next five (5) years.
Delivery is requested by February 1, 2013 to Petawawa, ON.
Amendment 001 is raised to make the following changes to the RFP
document.
