Nature of Requirements:
Fertilizer and Seeds
Requesting a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply
and delivery of Fertilizer and Seeds on an as and when requested
basis for Department of National Defence, CFB Gagetown,
Oromocto, New Brunswick for a two year period from 01 June 2012
to 31 May 2014 inclusive.
Special Instructions and Mandatory Specifications for all items
listed below:
a. Material orders must be within (2) working days or (48) hours
delivery.
b. Items not received within the required times will be subject
to cancellation.
c. Supplier may NOT SUBSTITUTE items or "Brand Names" requested
without the express
consent of the user.
d. Consignee shall request delivery of goods by telephone or
facsimile.
e. Price book to be supplied and shipped by the successful
supplier without charge
f. Itemized priced invoices in triplicate, (3) copies to
accompany material.
g. Delivery times are to be advised at time of ordering.
h. The deliveries MUST be made to Building B-18, Various shops,
PMQ Service Centre or various
sites to be determined within the confines of CFB Gagetown.
Delivery point will be specified
when order is placed.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
