Polycarbonate Sheets

Supply polycarbonate sheets to replaceimpaired sheets from main entrance windows.
Requirement will be delivered to the Correctional Service Canada (CSC), Donnacona Institution, province of Quebec.
Requested delivery: Desired delivery before March 31, 2017.
The suppliers will be selected following anevaluation based on the mandatory technical evaluation criteria specified in the Statement of Requirement included in this Request for Proposal.
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement(NAFTA) and of the Agreement on the InternalTrade (AIT).
All inquiries and other communication regarding this Request for Proposal must be sent, in writing, only to the contracting authority named in the Request for Proposal.
