TITLE: NAVIGATION LIGHTS AND CONTROL PANEL
DESCRIPTION:
The Canadian Coast Guard has a requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1) complete sets of 17 TCMS or equivalent Class approved LED Navigation Lights complete with Control Panel and options purchase for two (2) additional complete sets of 17 navigation lights in the next 24 months, meeting all the same technical specifications. This requirement is subject to the provisions of Clause B3000T "Equivalent Products" (reference in the request for propositions: part 2.1.1).
DELIVERY:
All the deliverables must be received at the latest on October 1st, 2016.
TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
