Nature of Requirements:

National Research Council of Canada requires an electrospinning system as detailed in Annex A. Resulting contract will include options for extension of Warranty. Delivery to Ottawa, Ontario, Canada within 8 weeks of contract award.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
