EZ899-142655/A dated March 13, 2014 which was due at 2 P.M.
PDST on April 7, 2014.

Work Description:
Work under this contract comprises renovations at Mountain, Kent
& Mission Institution Kitchens, including upgrading the existing
kitchen equipment (-1 degree walk-in freezers) as noted on
drawings; touch up painting of walls and making good all
surfaces where affected by the renovation work. Work will be
performed in accordance with the contract schedules within the
scope of work.

Site Visit:
Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to
submitting a tender for this work and to make enquiries or
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

There will be a site visit on May 14, 2014 at 9:30am PDST.
Interested bidders are to meet at the PWGSC Site Office at
Mission Institution. The site visit will continue to the Agassiz
site office thereafter.

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to
be completed within four (4) weeks of contract award.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements this project
is estimated to cost between
$180,000.00 - $220,000.00.

Firms intending to submit proposals on this project should

issued will be available from Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.
Firms that elect to base their proposal on documents obtained
from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely
responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their
