Nature of Requirements:
REFINISH GYM HARDWOOD FLOOR
To engage the services of a contractor to supply all necessary
labour, tools, materials, equipment, supervision and
transportation required to refinish the gym hardwood floor of
Building 23, Recreational Centre, in accordance with the Scope
of Work for Department of National Defence located at 22 Wing
North Bay , Hornell Heights, Ontario.
Mandatory Site Visit
It is mandatory that the bidder or a representative of the
bidder visit the site and examine the scope of work required and
the existing conditions. The site visit will be held on July
16, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Bidders are to meet in the Construction
Engineering Conference Room, Building #4, 9 Manston Crescent,
Hornell Heights, Ontario.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
