This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W8476-175544/A dated 2016-10-26 with a closing of 2016-12-06 at 2 pm EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase one (1) Self-Propelled Telescopic Boomand ancillary items, (including familiarization instruction/training), in accordance with the Purchase Description for Self-Propelled Telescopic Boom, dated 12 October 2016, to be delivered to CFB Trenton, Ontario by March 30, 2017.
The requirement includes an option to purchase up to two (2) Self-Propelled Telescopic Boom and ancillary items to be exercised within twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract.
This modification to the notice is raised to extend the closing date to 23 February 2017.
Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing onthe results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
