To supply replacement fluorescent lighting for the Leonard J
Cowley's accommodation spaces. The current lighting consists of
metric fixtures with 2, 1160mm T12 tubes and compatible ballasts
per fixture. The intent is to replace these fixtures with
standard North American T8, 48 inch double tube fixtures and
associated ballast (as per Annex B - Technical Specification).
