Forestry and Parks - Advanced Contract Award Notice / Notice of Proposed Procurement - Lightning Detection System

Sole Source is proposed to the manufacturer and sole distributor, Vaisala in Vancouver, British Columbia for the purchase of lightning detection system which includes lightning detection sensor and total lightning processor (Goods) for Forestry and Parks, Office of the Wildfire Management Branch (Purchaser). The Goods will be used to expand existing network sensor coverage and maintain sensors across the province.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE NOTED DELIVERY DATE, the delivery date is an estimated date only. Delivery information will be as outlined in the solicitation document.
