WORK OF THIS CONTRACT
.1 Work of this Contract comprises the following:
.1 Construction Services for New Campground Development at the Coffin Bridge Management Unit in Writing-on-Stone Provincial Park including, but not limited to,:
1. Construction of twelve (12) new walk-in campsites;
2. Modest granular parking areas and a trail;
3. Vegetation clearing, topsoil stripping, earthworks and fine grading;
4. Topsoil and seeding;
5. Site furnishings and site signage;
6. Landscape maintenance for one (1) year following issuance of Interim Acceptance; and
7. Warranty for one (1) year following issuant of Interim Acceptance.
.2 Municipal Address: A municipal address for the Coffin Bridge Management Unit in Writing-on-Stone Provincial Park is not available. The closest town is Milk River, Alberta. .4 Physical Limits: Work of the Contract is not necessarily restricted to work within property lines of site, but includes all Work required by Contract Documents, both within and outside property lines.
