The Ranger Stations and offices in Grande Cache, Fort Vermilion, Manning and Fox Creek, managed by Forestry and Parks (FP), serve as critical operational hubs for FP, other Government of Alberta (GoA) staff, and Albertans seeking frontline services. To maintain a safe and healthy workplace, new contracts for janitorial and maintenance services are essential, as the previous agreements have expired. These new contracts will ensure uninterrupted services, including internal cleaning, seasonal yard and lawn care, snow removal, and garbage disposal. Individual contracts will be established for each site to guarantee the proper maintenance and cleanliness of these facilities.
Proponents are not required to bid on all Service Locations included in this RFP. Proposals may be submitted for any individual location, any combination of locations, or all locations. The Province may, in its sole discretion, award Contracts on a location-by-location basis and is not obligated to award all locations to a single Proponent.
Submission of proposals for multiple locations will not provide any advantage in the evaluation process.
