Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the
services of a Contractor, on an "as and when requested" basis in
the National Capital Region, to develop activities and/or
product content, and/or transfer and/or adapt existing
classroom/online courses, activities and/or product content in
Articulate Storyline 2, and convert current (format/software to
Articulate Storyline 2) courses activities and/or products from
their current format.
The Bidder must determine and identify which of the Learning
Services Supply Arrangement resource categories and level will
be required to perform the Work on an "as and when requested
basis": Project Manager, Instructional Designer, Custom
eLearning Product Programmer, Rapid eLearning Product
Programmer, Multimedia Director, Video, Producer, Audio
Producer, Narrator, Graphics Designer, Animator, Photographer,
Quality Assurance Specialist, Tester. The tasks that resources
may be required to perform the work are identified in Annex A,
Requirement of Services, of the Learning Services Supply
Arrangement

The period of the Contract is from April 1, 2016 to March 31,
2017 with an irrevocable option to extend the term of the
Contract by up to two additional one-year period(s).

This requirement is covered under the North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
The resulting contract is not to be used for the deliveries
within a Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Area (CLCSA). All
requirements for delivery within a CLCSA are to be processed
individually.
