Requirement:
This Request for Information (RFI) is open only to ProServices Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 8.7 - Leadership Development Consultant.
The National Energy Board (NEB or the Board) has developed a new leadership model based on the Kouzes and Posner (K&P) framework embodied in The Leadership Challenge® model and the Five Practices of exemplary leadership. A component of the development of the model includes a training program. The purpose of this requirement is for the design and delivery of that training program.
