Nature of Requirements:
Canada intends to issue Regional Master Standing Offers (RMSOs)
for its language training requirements in the provinces of
Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. The services may be
requested either at the Offeror's site or the Client's site, on
an "as and when" requested basis.
The period during which call-ups can be made against the
Standing Offers (SOs) is from approximately October 1, 2014 to
September 30, 2016. Canada reserves the right to extend the term
of the SOs for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
The requirements are further described in the Statements of Work
at Annex A1, for Full-time group training; Annex A2, for
Part-time group training; and Annex A3, for Full-time and
Part-time individual training.
Given the nature and diversity of the services, a number of
standing offers may be issued for the various streams and
geographical areas as listed. However Canada makes no commitment
to issue any or all of the standing offers indicated.
There is a security requirement associated with this
requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 -
Security, Financial and Insurance Requirements, and Part 7A -
Standing Offer. Offerors should consult the "Security
Requirements for PWGSC Bid Solicitations - Instructions for
Bidders"
