Reissue of Bid Solicitation: This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number F7013-190062/B dated 26 January 2022 with a closing date of 28 Februaryat 14:00 EST.

Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) personnel for the new Bay Class Search and Rescue (SAR) Lifeboats require training course sessions for the associated navigation and bridge equipment system that is currently installed on the Bay Class vessel.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
If only one compliant bid is received, price support and price certification may be requested.
