This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is for a qualified service provider with resources, instructor and personnel to support the provision of Rotary Wing Underwater Egress Training (RWUET) including Emergency Breathing Systems (EBS) to allow CAF members to practice and maintain the necessary operational and medical skills in order to safely function in theater.
