This is a Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for the printing of
two (2) different Direct Deposit forms on an ''if and when
required basis'' for Public Works and Government Services
Canada.
The Standing Offer will be for one year from the date of
issuance with the option to extend it by two (2) periods of one
(1) year each.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
This requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006 and 2007,
Offerors must submit a complete list of
names of all individuals who are currently directors of the
Offeror. Furthermore, as determined by the
Special Investigations Directorate, Departmental Oversight
Branch, each individual named on the list may
be requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form and related documentation.

Bidders MUST meet the mandatory criterion of the RFP. No
further consideration will be given to bidders not meeting the
mandatory criterion.
The mandatory requirement is:
The Offeror must demonstrate that it has contracted or has been
contractually bound to at least two (2) separate external
clients (outside of the Offeror's own company) to provide
multicolour printing and folding of forms.
During the evaluation no corporate experience gained through
internal clients will be accepted or reviewed.
The Offeror must provide the following information for each
contract:
(a) a description of the forms;
(b) a description of the multicolour printing and folding to
final format of the forms provided by the Offeror;
(c) the Client information for the Contract

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
