Limited Tendering Procedures - NAFTA Article 1016: 2. (d), for additional deliveries by the original supplier that are intended either as replacement parts or continuing services for existing supplies, services or installations, or as the extension of existing supplies, services or installations, where a change of supplier would compel the entity to procure equipment or services not meeting requirements of interchangeability with already existing equipment or services, including software to the extent that the initial procurement of the software was covered by this Chapter and AIT 506.12(a) equipment already exists and that fits with the product to be purchased.

Nature of Requirement: Cleveland Convotherm Combi Oven Steamer
To supply, deliver, offload, assemble and provide servicing, during the warranty period, for one (1) Cleveland Convotherm Combi Oven Steamer to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Depot Division, Regina, Saskatchewan, in accordance with the requirements specifications, terms and conditions detailed herein.
Bidders must provide products that are of the same description, brand name, model and/or part number as detailed in the item description of the bid solicitation. Bidders are advised that substitute products will not be considered.
Delivery Date: Delivery is requested to be no later than March 31th, 2015.
Security Requirement: There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
Evaluation Procedures:
Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.
Basis of Selection:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Debriefings:
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
