PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: Project Number R.046728.002 - Supply and
Install a new motor on Chiller number 5 in Cooling Plant located
at the National Defence Headquarters - Major General R. Pearkes
Building, 101 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, Ontario.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of supplying and
installing a new motor on Chiller number 5.

Work is to be completed within fourteen (14) weeks after
contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is
within the following category: $250,001 - $500,000.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on November 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.
Interested bidders shall meet at the Commissionaire's Desk,
Mackenzie King Entrance of the National Defence Headquarters -
Major General R. Pearkes Building, 101 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa,
Ontario.

ATTIRE: It is mandatory that all persons attending the site
visit have the proper attire which is: safety
footwear (CSA approved green patch). Contractor personnel /
individuals who do not have the
proper safety attire will be denied access to the site.
