Could you please confirm that all wiring, plumbing, and the hot water heating system are not included in this contract?
Answer:
The ventilation system in the Santier building at the Fortress of Louisbourg does not include hot water heating systems.
Contractor must coordinate with the electrician to ensure voltage and phase of each piece of equipment to ensure it is compatible prior to installation. Failure to do so will not remove contractor’s obligation to provide compatible equipment. The contractor is responsible for all low voltage control wiring as well as all line voltage control wiring not indicated by division 16 (Parks electrician). All division 16 wiring noted will be installed by division 16 (Parks electrician) but with installation supervised by the contractor.
This Contractor must install all plumbing and drainage related work needed to ensure the installation of the complete ventilation system.
