The National Capital Commission is inviting automobile dealerships to submit their proposal to supply & deliver one (1) new diesel truck, 4x4, 5 tons series with regular cab and accessories in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) document.
Proposals must be forwarded to the attention of Nicole Galipeau, Sr. Contract Officer, Procurement Services, National Capital Commission, 40 Elgin Street, 3rd floor Service Centre, Ottawa, ON, K1P 1C7. Bid closing date is January 30, 2014 at 3:00 pm Ottawa time. Late or faxed bids will not be accepted.
Enquiries regarding this tender must be submitted in writing as early as possible within the solicitation period to the Senior Contract Officer, Nicole Galipeau by email at n••••••••@•••••••.ca or by facsimile at 613-239-5007, and the telephone number is 613-239-5678 ext. 5191. Enquiries should be received no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer not being provided. To ensure consistency and quality of the information provided to Bidders, the Senior Contract Officer shall examine the content of the enquiry and shall decide whether or not to issue an amendment. All enquiries and other communications related to this tender sent throughout the solicitation period are to be directed ONLY to the Senior Contract Officer named above. Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period can, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a tender.
Note that amounts quoted in this RFP are in Canadian dollars. Payment is net is 30 days.
