processor to an existing Sperry X and S radar system installed
on three Near Shore Science Boats.
These are an add on to existing Sperry Marine systems therefore

The sourcing strategy related to this procurement is subject to
the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). This procurement is
exempt from NAFTA [see Chapter 10, Annex 1001.1b-2, paragraph 1
(a) and from the WTO-AGP (see Annex 4, Note to annex 4)
