Description of Work:
DRDC-Ottawa Research Center requires system administrator services for IT systems, support application management services, manage and monitor DRDC-Ottawa helpdesk, as well as upgrade and maintain operating systems, among other responsibilities for two groups.
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.
