DND has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer
for the supply and delivery of rock aggregate, mulch and topsoil
on an "as and when requested" basis to various Maritime Forces
Atlantic customers in the Halifax Regional Municipality for a
period of three years with one option year.
