The Department of National Defence, CFB Halifax, has the
requirement for the purchase of a Milling Machine with Motorized
Vertical Huron Head with Quill.
Delivery is MANDATORY DDP destination by 29 March 2013. Firms
who cannot meet this delivery will be deemed non-responsive and
their bid will not receive further consideration.
If your firm is awarded a contract with a mandatory 29 March
2013 delivery and the delivery is not received by this date,
your firm agrees that this contract may be terminated for mutual
consent and each Party release the other from any past, present,
and future obligations under the contract.
