TITLE: Cheese Products, Regina, Saskatchewan
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is for the
supply, delivery and off loading of CHEESE products for the
Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Food Services, Regina,
Saskatchewan. The items and quantities required are listed in
Annex B, Working Documents - List of Products.
Period of Standing Offer:
From 01 September 2012 to 31 August 2013, divided into two (2),
six (6) month periods.
Solicitation Closing Dates:
Offer must be submitted for each refresh period, as per the
following schedule:
Refresh Period #1 - 27 August 2012 at 2:00 pm CST
Refresh Period #2 - 14 February 2013 at 2:00 pm CST
Quantities:
The estimated quantities for each of the required items can be
found in Annex B - Working Document - List of products.
Debriefings:
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.
There is a security requirement associated with this
requirement.

Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006 and 2007, a
Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form, must be
submitted with the offer, by Request for Standing Offers
closing date, for each individual who is currently on the
Offeror's Board of Directors.
Offerors must submit as part of their offer, by Request for
Standing Offers closing date:
(a) a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the offeror;
(b) a properly completed and signed form Consent to a Criminal
Record Verification (PWGSC-TPSGC 229), for each individual
named in the list.
