Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for: Environment Canada (EC).

TBC has a requirement for resources in the following Categories
of Personnel and levels:

System Analyst - Level 1
System Analyst - Level 2

This requirement is open ONLY to bidders that are qualified Tier
2 Holders of a Task Based Informatics Professional Services
(TBIPS) Supply Arrangement in the National Capital Region (NCR).
The RFP is issued against the (TBIPS) Supply Arrangements (SA)
PWGSC file number EN578-055605/D. All terms and conditions of
the SA apply & shall be incorporated into any resulting contract.

Description of the requirement:

The Business Applications and Solutions Directorate (BASD), of
Environment Canada's (EC) Corporate Services Branch (CSB), has
identified immediate resource requirements to support the
delivery of several Department-priority projects / programs,
including:

The Migration of the Shared Web Infrastructure to Windows 2008
Project;
The Decommissioning of Legacy Applications Project;
The Web sites and Applications Consolidation Project; and
The EC Single Window Reporting Program.

It is anticipated that a maximum of one contract will be awarded
for this requirement.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of the contract will be for 1 year with
Canada retaining irrevocable options to extend the contract for
up to 3 additional 1-year periods.
