Glass guardrails protection
Brief description of work:
The work covered by this contract includes without limitation,
the addition of metallic elements for the protection of glass
guardrails in the atrium of Normand Maurice Building, located at
740 Bel-Air in Montreal.
In particular, the work consists of the demolition of a
temporary partition, manufacturing and installation of new metal
elements under the glass guardrails in the atrium at levels 2
and 3 and any other related work required to complete the
contract.
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on November
4, 2014 10:00 am at the following address: Main entrance of the
740 Bel-Air st, Montreal, Qc.
Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be
given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded
from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid
solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
an amendment to the bid solicitation.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $100,000 -
250,000.$.
