Natural Resource Canada’s Western Research Centre in Devon, Alberta has a requirement for the provision of all labour, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the supply and delivery of Butane, Propane, Pentane, Hexane, and blends thereof, on an ?as and when required? basis in accordance to the Statement of Work attached at Annex A herein.
The period of the Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) is from Date of issuance to November 30, 2017 with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the SOA for an additional two (2) consecutive one (1) year periods. Work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work and terms and conditions specified herein.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Bilateral Trade Agreements and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).
