This is a Request for Regional Master Standing Offer(s) (RMSOs)
for the supply and delivery of various compressed gases such
asAcetylene, Argon, Carbon Dioxide, Helium, Oxygen, etc. and
associated welding supplies, for use by various Federal
Government Departments and Agencies within the Ontario Region,
excluding the National Capital Area.
Good are to be supplied on an "as and when" requested basis, in
accordance with the terms and conditions detailed in the
standing offer document.
Period of Standing Offer will be from Date of Issuance to 31
March 2016.
The Ontario Region will be broken down into the following 6
Geographical Areas: Northwest, Northeast,
Southeast-1,Southeast-2, Southwest and Greater Toronto &
Adjacent Areas
(GTAA) as detailed in Annex A of the Request for Standing Offer
(RFSO). It is therefore anticipated that up to 6 Standing Offers
may be awarded.
Offerors can bid on one or more of the 6 Geographical Areas
identified in the RFSO. Each of the 6 Geographical Areas will be
evaluated separately.

for complete details regarding this requirement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
