The Department of National Defence (DND), Royal Military College of Canada (RMCC) at Kingston, Ontario requires the supply and delivery of a Vector Signal Generator (VSG) for the testing of radar, communications, and electronic warfare systems.
There is a firm requirement of one (1) Vector Signal Generator that must be received by March 31, 2016.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.
The responsive bid with the lowest price will be recommended for award of a contract.
