DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:
Fisheries and Oceans Canada / Canadian Coast Guard,, 101 Champlain Boulevard, Quebec has a requirement for the supply, delivery, on-site installation and commissioning of two (2) marine steam generators in order to replace existing Clayton Stem generators on board the CCGS Martha L. Black. The steam generators must meet the requirement including the mandatory technical specifications describes to the Annex ?A? of the request for proposal.
DELIVERY:
Delivery of equipment: FOB at CCGS Martha Black 101 Boul. Champlain, Quebec, Qc. G1K 7Y7 for start of work, however must be delivered and stored at contractor’s establishments on or prior to March 24th, 2017.
INSTALLATION:
Start of work: August 14h, 2017 or as per ship’s availability. (At the earlier date.)
End of work: September 15th, 2017 or five (5) weeks after ship’s availability.(At the earlier date.)
TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
