CSC is the federal government agency responsible for administering sentences of a term of two years or more, as imposed by the court. CSC is responsible for managing institutions of various security levels and supervising offenders under conditional release in the community. The Technical Services and Facilities Branch (TSF) is responsible for coordinating the planning, delivery and monitoring of the corporate capital Program of Work (PoW). The PoW consists of major construction, accommodations, Information Management (IM)/Information Technology (IT), electronic security, and other CSC projects as well as procurement of vehicles, clothing, kitchen, fire safety and other equipment. As TSF continues to evolve into a forward-looking organization that will bring value to CSC, an enterprise Program Management Office (PgMO) will be required.CSC requires a Project Leader/Executive and a Business Analyst to:Develop an Enterprise Program Management Framework (PgMF).Develop and create the structure, processes and tools for an Enterprise Programme Management Office (PgMO).Review the National Investment Prioritization Committee (NIPC).Leverage existing technology to improve CSC’s overall Program of Work (PoW) management.
