Requirement Description
The Department of National Defence (DND), 86 Airfield Systems and Utilities (ASU), CFB Trenton,Trenton,Ontario has a requirement for the provisions of one (1) Senior Maintenance Manager as stated in Annex A, Statement of Work. The contractor will provide this service primarily at 8 Wing Trenton in Trenton, Ontario.
Security Requirements:
1. At the date of bid closing, the following conditions must be met:
(a) the Bidder must hold a valid organization security clearance as indicated in Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses;
(b) the Bidder's proposed individuals requiring access to classified or
protected information, assets or sensitive work sites must meet the security requirements as indicated in Part 6 - Resulting Contract Clauses;
(c) the Bidder must provide the name of all individuals who will re
quire access to classified or protected information, assets or
sensitive work sites;

The proposed period of the resulting contract will be for one year from the date of the contract with the irrevocable option to extend the contract period by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods. Anticipated start date of 1 July 2019.
The requirement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program.
Basis of Selection:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
