Amendment 002 is raised to extend the bid closing date from May
16, 2012 to June 6th, 2012.

A Request for a Proposal already submitted may be amended prior
to closing time by sending the amended correspondence to Bid
Receiving, the envelope/fax bearing the Solicitation No.
W8486-121581/A and the new closing date 6 June 2012.

Required for the Department of National Defence to be delivered
to the Montreal and Edmonton warehouses, requested for August
31, 2012.

An option exists for a minimum of 50% up to a maximum of 100% of
the above quantities.

The requirement is solely limited to Canadian goods.

To assure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to
the bid closing date.

Technical Data shall be automatically issued, under separate
cover upon request for the bid documentation. Therefore, it is
imperative that this request for bid documentation be done as
soon as possible to ensure timely receipt of the associated
technical data.

Notwithstanding the Crown shall not be held responsible for
untimely release of technical data, since technical package and
sealed sample shall be available for viewing at the following
Department of Public Works and Government Services regional
offices:

Montreal, PQ
Mississauga, Ont
Quebec, Quebec
Winnipeg, Man
Edmonton, Alta
Vancouver, BC
Gatineau, QC

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
