Item Required: Vest, Carrier, External, Load Carrying
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 3500 Vest, Carrier, External, Load Carrying of various sizes.
The firm quantity is to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario and is requested to be delivered 45 days following approval of the pre-production samples.
This requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-360 dated 2013-07-02 and viewing sample and patterns. Specification documents can be found attached to the RFP.
The RCMP Viewing Sample will only be available to bidders requested to submit a pre-award sample.
This requirement is subject to AIT but is exempt from NAFTA and WTO-AGP, FSC-84.
This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian Goods.
The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal.
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
