VESTS FOR INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM (ICS)
Requirement:
The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) hasa requirement for 9 kits of Incident Command System Colour Coded Vests. A kit includes 72 vests of various colours.
Technical Requirements
All items must be manufactured in accordance with the mandatory criteria listed in the Request for Proposal(RFP).
Firm Quantity
A firm quantity of 9 kits to be deliveredto Ottawa, Ontario
Delivery requested:
It is requested that the delivery of the firm quantity be complete within 45 calendar days from the written notice of approval of pre-production samples.
This requirement also include one (1) option to purchase additional quantitiy as follows :
Option 1 - Item 002: minimum of 2 kits up to a maximum of 6 kits to be exercised within 24 months after contract award date
Only one (1) amendment may be issued to exercise each option.
Pre-Award Sample and Supporting Documentation
A pre-award sample of item 001 (one vest in green colour) must be included with the bid.
Financial Security
If a bid is accepted, the Bidder may be requiredto provide contract financial security, after the bid closing date and within 10 calendar days from receipt of a written request from the Contracting Authority.
Enquiries
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the ContractingAuthority at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in both official languages.
