conversion coated Spec: 31-GP-101M", this is a 1977 standard
that has since been obsoleted in 1989
Spec 31-GP-101M was replaced by 31-GP-101Ma, which has since
been "withdrawn"
Please confirm that process using Mil-C-5541E, Class 1A is
acceptable.
