This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of Highways (MoH) to prospective Respondents to provide Responses in order to be included on prequalified list of suppliers to provide Granular De-icing Material to various locations throughout the province on an if and when needed basis. This RFSQ is a continuous onboarding process.
