Description
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
twelve (12) various
sizes of diesel engine driven, full tracked, low speed tractors
and related items, including operators training and maintenance
training courses, in accordance with the Purchase Description
for Tractor, Full Tracked, Low Speed, Diesel Engine Driven dated
2012-08-20, and as described at Annex A - Pricing.
The requirement includes an option to purchase up to eight (8)
various sizes of diesel engine driven, full tracked, low speed
tractors and related items to be exercised within twelve (12)
months from the effective date of the contract.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
