The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
one (1) crane, industrial Configuration B and one (1) crane,
industrial Configuration D and related items, including
operators training and maintenance training courses, in
accordance with the Purchase Description for wheeled,
industrial, hydraulic cranes dated 2012-12-09, to be delivered
at Canadian Forces Base Gagetown, Nouveau-Brunswick.
An option is included to purchase up to one (1) crane,
industrial Configuration B and one (1) crane, industrial
Configuration D and related items to be exercised within twelve
(12) months from the effective date of the contract.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
