REQUIREMENT: The purpose of this requirement is to procure a new Pick and Carry Crane. The purchase requirement, is to upgrade our service capabilities to better serve our ship repair clients and at the same time, replace an aging Pick and Carry Crane that is currently in service at the Esquimalt Graving Dock.
