SOLICITATION AMENDMENT NO. 002
NPP Amendment No. 002 is raised to extend the closing date of Request for Proposal to June 26, 2019.
IMPORTANT: This tender is part of Public Works and Government Services Canada’s initiative to submit bid submission files electronically using epost Connect. Environment Canada and Climate Change requires the supply and delivery of compressed helium gas in the Contractor owned containers (cylinders) to their station in Pickle Lake, Ontario. Canada.
The period of the contract is from Date of Contract Award to March 31, 2024.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian
Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The requirement is a Task Authorization (TA) as helium is required on an as and when requested basis. A TA will be sent to the Contractor when helium is required.
The proposed bidders must meet all mandatory criteria detailed in the Request for Proposal document.
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. A contract will be awarded to one Contractor.
